We wish you a pleasant stay at our unique course, which is situated in the magnificent foothills of the Bavarian Alps just 30 minutes away from Munich. In addition to our perfect 18-hole golf course accompanied by an unparalleled mountain panorama, you also will experience a friendly atmosphere which is so inviting that you will want to stay here and enjoy it even after you have finished your round of golf.

Golfing with friends

Established in 1990, The Münchner Kreis now includes 26 golf clubs with 30 courses located in the Greater Munich Area. “Golfing based on reciprocity” among the Munich area's huge family of golfers always has been and still is the goal and demand of this very successful golfing circle. In addition to the numerous green fee agreements which have been concluded, the presidency of the Münchner Kreis has the objective of making this joining together a trusting, friendly, and cooperative working group in which the interests of the participating clubs are jointly represented. The Münchner Kreis agreement is currently utilized by more than 10,000 golfers per year. It allows you to familiarize yourself with the golf courses of the individual partner clubs at special conditions.

The golf course is located approximately 30 minutes southeast of Munich and is easy to reach via federal and country roads.

Short distances on the course and the clubhouse grounds are important to us. Ample parking space is available next to the clubhouse. You can check in at the adjacent club office and pick up your practice balls just around the corner at the spacious, covered driving range. Located right next to the driving range is the first tee. After playing five holes, you pass the clubhouse again. Nine holes can easily be played briskly when things are relatively quiet on the course (fairways 1 to 7, 17 and 18), and it's always possible to cut your round short on the back nine holes. After putting out at the last hole, you arrive back at the clubhouse with its panoramic terrace and beer garden.

The golf club parking area has ample parking space for your camper van if you want to park it there overnight. Since August 2020 two charging points are available for our guests and members for their electric cars. Beside this, all guest players and members of the Schloss Elkofen Golf Club are allowed to take their dogs along with them to the golf course when playing a round of golf.
